To divide a fraction BY a fraction ....flip the denominator and MULTIPLY

1 1/2 = 3/2       2 1/4 = 9/4

3/2  /  9/4     =    3/2  *   4/ 9   = 12/18 = 2/3

-32 x = -4      diviede both sides of the equation by - 32

x = 4/32 = 1/8
