[4*2 ÷ (-1 - -3)3 + 2*10] ÷ (10 - -1) 

=[8 ÷ (-1 +3)3 + 2*10] ÷ (10 +1) 

=[8 ÷ (2)*3 + 20] ÷ 11

=[4*3 + 20] ÷ 11

=[12 + 20] ÷ 11

=[32] ÷ 11

=2 and 10/11
