Circumference = pi * d       or    pi * (2 *r)

Circumference =  pi * 2 * 6 = 12 pi

45 degrees  is    45/360th of the total circumference

45/360  x  12 pi   = 1.5 pi

Here is an example   (base 10 )

47=10^1.67209

So the log of 47   is  1.67209

Multiply FIRST equation by - 2   ( 7 will work too)   then add the equations together and one variable will be eliminated....then solve for the remaining variable....    Once you find that, substitute it into one of the equations to find the OTHER variable...

-2*  (5x+y) = -2 * 9

-10x - 2y = -18         Now add this tothe SECOND equation...

-9y = -36      y = 4

5x + (4) = 9

x = 1   

Multiply FIRST equation by  - 3   then add the two equations together.....   Need more help/hints?

0 = 16t^2+vt + s       v = 0  as you drop it     and s= 16 at the starting point
