Area of a circle = pi r^2 do this for the larger circle and the smaller circles then subtract the area of the smaller from the larger.
Solve the inequality
(x+1)(X-1) > 8
X^2 -1 >8
X^2 >9
X >3 or x< -3 looks like 4 out of the interval of 10 40 %

x = 4/x + 5/x

x = +- 3 I would sub in both of those values to see if true !
B = 3/4 D
Then add 15 to D
B = 6/11(D+15) Sub in the red equation
3/4D = 6/11D + 90/11
(33-24)/44 D = 90/11
D = 44/9 * 90/11 = 40 Dollars (as CHris already showed !)
Point P is at pi/4 everytime you add 2pi to this value, you will be back at point P
pi/4 + 2pi = 9pi/4
9 pi /4 + 2pi = 17pi/4 Cn you figure the next one?
