If you take a distance and divide it by a time to get the speed, how would you input 7 min, 29.49 sec in the formulation? By 7.29.49?
No, you've got two units there: minutes and seconds.
You have to convert that to a single unit. It could be minutes or it could be seconds,
but not both. It could even be hours, but that would require additional calculations.
If you want hours, you can figure that up yourself; my example would guide you.
29.49 seconds / 60 seconds/minute would give you 0.4915 minute,
which you could combine with the 7 minutes, then divide 7.4915
into the distance to calculate the speed, feet/second or whatever.
