More understandable version of the Problem:
Find the number of pairs of integers \((x,y)\) with 0 \(\frac{1}{1-\frac{10}{x}} > 1 - \frac{5}{y}.\)
Quick question- why does it say with 0 and then a formula? It makes no sense to me just saying...
