Nashville is on the "East Coast" ?????
Run for your lives!!!!.....apparently....the Atlantic Ocean has flooded !!!!!
3x^2=147 divide both sides by 3
x^2 = 49 take the square root of both sides
x = ± 7
That's brilliant, Alan....it's on my "to study" list.........!!!!
It's the combinatoric for C(53, 5)
Just use the "ncr" button on the bottom left of the onsite calculator keypad and then key in "53, 5" .....hit "enter" after that (or " = " )
Actually, BJ....I think Melody has always liked that pic.......!!!!!
Here's Melody dancing......
What could be more entertaining than that?????
Let's see...let me go back to my Accounting days....
Using FIFO, we have....
10,000 of the units purchased Jan. 21 + 10,000 of the units purchased Feb. 25 + all 15,000 units pruchased on Mar 31
So
10000(.48) + 10000(.46) + 15,000(.47) =
4800 + 4600 + 7050 =
$16,450
{This is in direct contrast to my "Personnel Retainment Theory" = "FISH" = First In , Still Here }
I love the first pic and, more particularly, the second one.....!!!
Thanks, Mellie !!! Those are really cool!!!
I assume this is supposed to be
3(X-2)<7X-10 if so, simplifying the left side, we have
3X - 6 < 7X - 10 add10 to both sides and subtract 3X from both sides
4 < 4X divide both sides by 4
1 < x or, expressed another way, x > 1
Using the Law of Sines, we have
g / sin G = e / sin E
g / sin 14 = 14 / sin 67 multiply both sides by sin 14
g = (14)sin 14 / sin 67
≈ 3.68
