The surface area of a sphere is given by

S_a  = 4 * pi * r^2   =  4 * pi * (20000001)^2  sq units  ......I'll let you finish this.....

We can use the sine inverse to find this....so we have

asin(.42) = A = 24.83 degrees   ....this could also be a 2nd quadrant angle = (180 - 24.83) degrees = about 155.17 degrees

Thanks for that website reference, Rampager1998....however, I think this question involves some trig.......

tan(B)=0.6249     ...to find this angle use the tangent inerse....so we have

atan(.6249) = B = about 32 degrees  ... note that this could also be a 3rd quadrant angle. i.e., about 212 degrees.

Heureka has generated a parabolic function.....I have done it as an exponential one.....who is correct???...it's hard to say without more data points.....!!!!

Simplistically, it means that as one side of an equation increases/decreases, the other side moves in the same direction.....a good example is the conversion of the Centigrade scale to the Fahrenheit scale, thusly:

F = (9/5) C  + 32

Note, as  "C" increases/decreases, "F"  exhibits the same behavior.....

I think that rosala is saying that without you, Melody, no "Daily Wrap" would get done......

Each successive integer produces a "y" that is 60 times the previous one...so we have....

y = 2(60)^x
