Look for two numbers that multply to 15*-14
and add to +1
That's really easy, it must be 15 and -14
Now split the middle term up into 15x-14x
that is
15x ² + 15x -14x -14
now factorise in pairs

=15x(x+1) -14(x+1)
= (15x-14)(x+1)
