1st one would be the answer:
If you divide each side by 4 you get:
If we take the square root of 16 we get 4.
So the domain would be from 4 to -4 and the range from 4 to -4.
The 1st one would be the answer.
The reason I chose the 1st one instead of the 2nd one is b/c if you see the Domain, it goes all across on both sides and covers each value. As for the range, it doesn't.

Oh, my! How could I make such a mistake
If we rearrange:
y = 8/x
Since there is an x in the denominator this makes it a reciprocal graph.
