What is the slope of the line that is tangent to a circle at point (5,5) if the center of the circle is (3,2)? Express your answer as a common fraction.

This line will be perpendicular to the radial line drawn from the center to (5,5)

 

And the slope of this radial line is   [ 5 - 2 ] / [5 - 3 ]  =  3/2

 

And the slope of the line perpendicular to this will   be the negative reciprocal

=  - 2/3
