First, you would need to find the slope of the line. 

Use the formula  m=(x1x2)(y1y2)

Plug in the points: 

m=(63)(54)

m=3

 

Now use the slope and a point to write the equation in point-slope form:

(yy1)=m(xx1)

y3=3×(x4)

Simplify it:

y= 3x-12+3

 

y= 3x-9
