Use can also use these ~ or \quad \qquad etc. 

Like this $you~can~use~space~easily$

Or you can use "\mathrm{}", for example: $\mathrm{Factor}\:4x^4-12x^3+8x^2+12x-1$

You see how the word "Factor" is in normal font...
