There are several ways of doing it:

2^-6 =1 / 64

4^-3 =1 / 64

8^-2=1 / 64

64^ -1=1 / 64

Also:

16^ -3/2 = 1/64

32^ -6/5= 1/64.   But the exponents here are not "integers".
