The volume of a cylinder is, pi*r^2^h, so we know that the height and radius is 10 and 20 cm, 

 

We can square 10 to get 100pi. then 100pi*20 would be our volume of the cylinder.

 

The maximum error in y calculation? Perhaps check out this link, I'm not sure what your trying to ask.
