ii his wage for a week in whichhe worked 47 hours

 

ii the number of hours he worked during one week if he was paid a wage of $860

i)     40 16  =  640     

 

ii)    (40 16) + (7 20)  =  780     

 

iii)    860 – 640  =  220     

        220 / 20  =  11     

         40 + 11  =  51
