$13x+5y=7$ ,

$4x+5y=7$

$-13x+5y=-7$,

$-9x=0$,

$x=0$,

$4*0+5y=7$,

$y=\frac{7}{5}$,

$(x,y)=(0,\frac{7}{5})$,

$4*0+5*\frac{7}{5}=13*0+5*\frac{7}{5}=7$,

so $7=7=7$ (it's true), finally is the solution:

$(x,y)=(0,\frac{7}{5})$
