How do you answer questions with a lock sign on it?

Send a polite private message to a moderator asking for it to be unlocked.

Make sure you include the address in a link.

 

You are a member so you can do this..

If you were a guest you could do the same thing but it would have to be in a public post. (which is less likely to be seen)
