The axis of symmetry can be found at \(x=\frac{-b}{2a}\), and we know that \(x=-3\), so \(\frac{-b}{2a}=-3\). We can now use algebraic manipulation to solve in terms of \(\frac{b}{a}\).

 

\(\frac{-b}{2a}=-3\\ \frac{b}{2a}=3\\ \frac{b}{a}=6\)
