I think this is your question. It is hard to read.
\(f(x)=\frac{8}{1+3e^{-0.7x}}\\ f(-1)=\frac{8}{1+3e^{0.7}}\\\)
8/(1+3*e^0.7) = 1.1361605924567683 = 1.14 (to 2 decimal places or 3 significant figures)
