A  = the amplitude = l 0.5  l   = 0.5

 

To find B....we have that

 

2pi  / period  = B

 

2pi / [ 2 pi / 3 ]  = B

 

2pi * 3  / 2pi  = B 

 

3  = B

 

So...the correct answer is

 

y  = 0.5cos (3θ )
