\(y= 1/5\cdot f(5x + 5) - 5\)

\(y= 1/5\cdot f(5x + 5) - 5, x = -2/5\)

\(y= 1/5\cdot 4- 5\)

\(y = 6-5\)

\(y = 1\)

The point will be \((-2/5,1)\)
