Find the 2015th term of the geometric sequence 1,−1/3,-1/6,−1/9 ,.

In a geometric sequence, the common ratio, r between any two consecutive terms is always the same.

Any termPrevious term=unun1= constant =r

1,13,16,19,u1=1u2=13u3=16u4=19

If three terms,  un, un+1, un+2 are in geometric sequence, then:

un+2un+1=un+1un

We have

u2u1=131=13u3u2=1613=12u4u3=1916=23

Sorry, this is not a geometric sequence.
