Flagged for Moderation?

I was helping someone with a problem and I ran across a problem as I posted my comment. It had mentioned that it was flagged for moderation and that it was invisable to users.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not really sure what it means. If you can explain, I'd appreciate that lots!

The same problem happened for me. It also happens for the problems that you post. I posted a problem that I was stuck on, and a few hours later, it disappeared and when I checked on my profile, it said that the problem is invisible for users.
