I think that is going to be pretty ugly....Are you sure it isn't  16x^4 - 1   ?

ok so basically the zeros of this are

 

x=12ei(π+2πk)4, k=0,1,2,3

 

and then what we do is pair up the conjugates and form

 

(x12eiπ/4)(x12eiπ/4)(x12e3π/4)(x12e3iπ/4)

 

which becomes

 

(x2x2+14)(x2+x2+14)
