$=(\frac{7 + 16 ÷ 4 ⋅ 1}{2})^{4}$

$=(\frac{7 + 4 ⋅ 1}{2})^{4}$

$=(\frac{7 + 4}{2})^{4}$

$=(\frac{11}{2})^{4}$

$=(5.5)^{4}$

$=\frac{14641}{16} = 915.0625$
