3/4 divided by 2

well, division is just multiplying something by the reciprocal of the other number.

 

so, 3/4 divided by 2 would also equal 3/4 times 1/2.

 

fraction multiplication is simply just multiplying the numerators together and the denominators together.

 

3/4 times 1/2 would be 3/8.
