When  x = 1 ,  y  =  2(1) - 13  =  1

So the point  (1, 1)  should be on the graph.

 

The bottom graph doesn't go through  (1, 1) so it can't be right.

 

The top graph, the one you have selected, looks right.

And there are two turning points.
